El Gobierno lanzó créditos a tasa 0% para monotributistas de hasta $150.000, medida que apunta a “fortalecer” el respaldo a este grupo en el marco de “una recuperación heterogénea”.
El anuncio fue realizado anoche por la vicejefa de Gabinete, Cecilia Todesca Bocco, y la titular de la Administración Federal de Ingresos Públicos (AFIP), Mercedes Marcó del Pont, tras una reunión del gabinete económico encabezada por el presidente Alberto Fernández en Casa Rosada.
“Vamos a repetir una experiencia que fue buena el año pasado, el préstamo a tasa cero para las y los monotributistas”, anunció Todesca Bocco, quien indicó que los créditos buscan “fortalecer” el respaldo a los monotributistas ante “una recuperación heterogénea”.
Según detalló Presidencia, los préstamos se acreditarán en un solo desembolso en la tarjeta de crédito de cada monotributista, y su pago contará con 6 meses de gracia y la devolución se realizará en 12 cuotas sin intereses.
Además, el Ejecutivo indicó que “quienes hayan accedido a un Crédito a Tasa Cero el año pasado podrán tramitar un nuevo préstamo en 2021”, y puntualizó: “Cuando el solicitante se encuentre en situación de mora, la entidad financiera destinará una parte del nuevo crédito a cancelar el saldo adeudado del préstamo anterior”.
Según informó la AFIP en un comunicado, los créditos están garantizados por el Ministerio de Desarrollo Productivo y se tramitarán a través de la página web de la AFIP.
“El objetivo es fortalecer la capacidad de ingresos de un sector que, si bien es muy heterogéneo, fue muy golpeado (por la pandemia)”, señaló Marcó del Pont.
“Estamos repitiendo una experiencia exitosa. Quienes toman este crédito no tendrán que pagar intereses. Serán aproximadamente un millón y medio de monotributistas. El año pasado accedieron 560.000 personas”, puntualizó.
Todesca agregó que “la idea es colaborar con los trabajadores independientes monotributistas, la experiencia del año pasado fue buena. Es un conjunto de personas que dio batalla durante todo este tiempo”.
“Algunos sectores crecen por encima de 2019 y otros vinculados a los servicios no, y también otros como la gastronomía, el turismo, la cultura o el comercio minorista. Más que nada trabajadores o pequeños empresarios que son monotributistas. Por eso esto nos parece un buen instrumento para este momento de la recuperación”, graficó.
En ese sentido, pronosticó que en 2021 la Argentina va a “crecer después de tres años de caída consecutiva”.
Cómo acceder y cuáles son los requisitos
El crédito puede solicitarse a través del sitio web de la AFIP. Allí, deberán ingresar con la clave fiscal y seleccionar el servicio >Crédito Tasa Cero.
En la web, el contribuyente verificará si califica para solicitar el préstamo y el monto del crédito que le corresponde de acuerdo a su categoría.
- Categoría A: hasta $90.000
- Categoría B: hasta $120.000
- Resto de las categorías: hasta $150.000
Además deberá seleccionar la entidad financiera donde está emitida su tarjeta de crédito para finalizar el trámite.
Quienes hayan accedido a un crédito a tasa cero durante el 2020 podrán tramitar un nuevo préstamo.
Si el solicitante se encuentra en situación de mora, la entidad financiera destinará una parte del nuevo crédito a cancelar el saldo adeudado del préstamo anterior.
El Ministerio de Desarrollo Productivo estableció las siguientes condiciones para acceder al crédito
- Estar adheridos al monotributo y cumplir las condiciones establecidas por el Ministerio de Desarrollo Productivo.
- No percibir un ingreso en relación de dependencia, ni jubilación, y no prestar servicios al sector público (es decir, cuando al menos el 70% de su facturación fue emitida a favor de jurisdicciones o entidades del sector público)
- No estar en situación crediticia 3, 4, 5 o 6 (va desde un riesgo medio hasta una condición de irrecuperable) en la central de deudores del Banco Central.
- Beneficiarios no podrán acceder al mercado libre de cambio ni concertar operaciones de venta en el país de títulos con liquidación en moneda extranjera.
- No podrán realizar canjes de títulos valores por otros activos externos o transferencias de los mismos a entidades depositarias del exterior.
