Hoy se reinició el juicio oral contra Laureano González por la tentativa de homicidio triplemente calificado, en perjuicio de su entonces pareja, Nadia Soledad Lucero. La cuarta jornada del debate volvió a desarrollarse, vía Zoom, con el tribunal en el Centro Judicial de Santa Rosa, y se escucharon siete testigos.
Los hechos investigados ocurrieron el domingo 15 de diciembre de 2019. De acuerdo a la acusación del Ministerio Público Fiscal, González (30 años) pasó a buscar a Lucero –con la que convivía– por lo de una amiga a las tres de la madrugada. Ya en el domicilio de ambos, la golpeó violentamente hasta dejarla sin conciencia. Luego de casi un día, a las 23.50, la trasladó en su auto, un Volkswagen Bora, al hospital Lucio Molas y allí la abandonó. El fiscal Andrés Torino habló de “un claro fin femicida”, de “celopatía” y detalló que la dejó en la guardia del nosocomio “por muerta, en estado de inconsciencia”.
Al acusado le imputaron, además, otros tres delitos: abuso sexual con acceso carnal agravado, abandono de persona y portación de arma sin autorización. Los hechos fueron enmarcados en la 26485 de Protección Integral contra las Mujeres.
González recién fue detenido el martes 17 a la tarde en el barrio Santa María de La Pampa, en Santa Rosa, en la casa de Claudio Reyna y Daiana Escudero. Por esa razón ambos, junto a Franco Luciano Devia, están siendo juzgados por encubrimiento agravado, ya que se cree que lo ayudaron a esconderse mientras existía una orden judicial de detención en su contra.
Testigos.
La primera declaración correspondió a Viviana Silvia Zweifl, una vecina de Reyna que actuó como testigo civil durante el allanamiento a su casa. Le formularon muy pocas preguntas y sus respuestas fueron simplemente formales. “Vi que la policía revisaba y buscaba cosas, como celulares, una tablet, no recuerdo si una escopeta…”
El policía de la Agencia de Investigación Científica, Cristian Bernón, peritó la carabina 22 secuestrada en ese allanamiento. Se limitó a expresar que el arma estaba apta para efectuar disparos, que carecía de la serie identificatoria y que no se recibieron cartuchos para peritar.
Alena Foltynek es bioquímica de la AIC. Ella analizó los hisopados ginecológicos realizados a Lucero y los análisis de sangre y orina a González. Por su parte, Cecilia Bobillo, directora del Laboratorio de Genética Forense, especificó los resultados de los análisis genéticos que se hicieron del presunto agresor y de la víctima, como así también de los hisopados a ropas y otros objetos.
Riesgo de vida.
La médica forense Romina Meneguzzi afirmó que la vida de Nadia estuvo en riesgo porque ingresó al Molas con “un cuadro de shock”, y acotó que “le jugó a favor” su juventud y que no padecía comorbilidades.
La profesional detalló –basándose en la historia clínica– que la víctima entró inconsciente al nosocomio, “con un mal estado general, hemorragias, hematomas, lesiones y heridas cortopunzantes”. Detalló que debió recibir “asistencia respiratoria mecánica” –fue intubada–, que necesitó diálisis por padecer insuficiencia renal y que sufrió traumas en el abdomen, el tórax y el cráneo. Además Meneguzzi remarcó que luego de 17 días en terapia intensiva, la paciente permaneció un mes más en el hospital con tratamientos médicos, neurológicos, fonoaudiólogos y kinesiológicos.
Ana Cecilia Allende es una psicóloga del Molas que atendió a Lucero durante un mes y medio. Indicó que vio a Nadia “emocionalmente muy inestable, con mucha angustia y tristeza y muy vulnerable por su pérdida de autonomía. También estaba muy desorientada por lo que había pasado. Fueron muchas cosas en muy poco tiempo para procesarlas todas a la vez”.
En ese contexto, añadió, que le costó “empezar a desnaturalizar situaciones reales de violencia” y puso como ejemplo que la víctima le refirió que González le había sustraído y roto su celular. “Quizá no tenía demasiada conciencia de que esas eran situaciones de violencia”, resaltó.
El último testigo fue el psiquiatra forense, Camilo Muñoz, quien entrevistó a González. Descartó que el acusado padeciera amnesia lacunar –imposibilidad de recordar lo sucedido en un determinado lapso– y, por el contrario, afirmó que “tenía recuerdos” y que ofreció “una versión, un relato lineal sobre lo que había ocurrido”. Además lo describió como una persona con un perfil “psicópata, manipuladora, con tendencia al engaño y la mentira, y con falta de sentimiento de culpa”.
El juicio continuará mañana a las 8.
