La CPE le cedió un predio por tres años a la municipalidad de Lonquimay

Autoridades de la CPE y la municipalidad de Lonquimay se reunieron hace unos días para avanzar en algunas iniciativas conjuntas, en particular la cesión en calidad de comodato de las instalaciones donde funcionara hace muchos años una planta extractora de miel de la Cooperativa.

En el marco de un contrato firmado por el presidente del Consejo de Administración de la CPE, Alfredo Carrascal, y el intendente Manuel Feito, la Cooperativa le cede al municipio, por los próximos tres años y con posibilidad de prórroga, el predio que cuenta con un galpón de 120 metros cuadrados y un extenso parque adyacente, que se destinarán al acopio de materia prima. De acuerdo a lo informado por la Municipalidad, el objetivo es poder poner en marcha emprendimientos productivos locales impulsados por las y los vecinos de la localidad.

Carrascal, acompañado por la consejera Mirta Dupó, visitaron la localidad, una de las varias interconectadas a los servicios de la CPE, y ante la Jueza de Paz local, Evelia “Teté” León de Cañada y el intendente Feito, suscribieron el convenio mencionado.

DONACIÓN A LA COOPERATIVA “CAMINANDO”
El pasado viernes 30, integrantes del Consejo de Administración de la CPE, encabezados por el presidente Alfredo Carrascal, se reunieron con representantes de la Cooperativa “Caminando”, grupo con el que se viene trabajando en conjunto. En esta oportunidad, la CPE donó una cámara de seguridad para su instalación en el predio donde desarrollan sus tareas, en las cercanías del Bajo Giuliani, espacio rural donde varias familias se dedican a la producción primaria de alimentos y forestal, en particular del mimbre. Estas familias trabajan aprovechando las aguas residuales para riego, en el marco del concepto de “economía popular”. Ya han sufrido numerosos destrozos que fueron denunciados por la Cooperativa.

En nombre de la Cooperativa Caminando, actualmente en proceso de formalización como cooperativa, estuvieron en el salón del Consejo de la CPE, Fabiana Albornoz, Pamela Balladares, Horacio Pull y Gabriela Baudaux.
