La ANMAT prohibió la comercialización de un chocolate de una reconocida marca

A través de una disposición publicada en el Boletín Oficial, la Administración Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnología Médica (ANMAT) prohibió la comercialización de un chocolate con leche de una reconocida marca luego de que se efectuara una denuncia por el robo de un camión que importaba el producto desde Brasil.

El producto enunciado en la Disposición 4671/2021 establece la prohibición de “la comercialización en todo el territorio nacional” del “Chocolate con leche con maní tostado marca Garoto/ AMENDOIM, RNPA 27-21-121011, Lote 106112941G, vencimiento 02/01/2022, Origen Brasil” y del “Chocolate con leche con copos de arroz marca Nestlé – Crunch, RNPA 27-21-114435, Lote 10851294, vencimiento 26/01/2022, Origen Brasil”.

El chocolate prohibido por la ANMAT pertenece a una reconocida marca que denunció el robo de un camión.

Según el documento oficial, la razón de la prohibición del chocolate es que se trata de “productos robados”. “Las actuaciones se iniciaron a raíz de la notificación de una denuncia que realizó la firma Nestlé Argentina S.A. con RNE N° 00-014591″ por el robo de un camión que transportaba los productos importados desde Brasil. 

“Los productos fueron ingresados al país por la Aduana de Paso de los Libres de la provincia de Corrientes y, al momento del hecho se encontraban en tránsito interno con destino el Parque Industrial Garín de la provincia de Buenos Aires”, detalla la disposición y establece que fueron robadas 2432 cajas de la primera variedad y unas 112 de la restante.

La prohibición del producto se da “a fin de proteger la salud de los ciudadanos ante el consumo de productos ilegales, toda vez que se trate de productos alimenticios robados, ya que no es posible asegurar el transporte y almacenamiento en las condiciones exigidas por el Código Alimentario Argentino (CAA), motivo por el cual no pueden garantizarse su trazabilidad”.

Es así que el Departamento de Rectoría en Normativa Alimentaria del INAL recomienda prohibir la comercialización en todo el territorio nacional de los chocolates descriptos.
