En Jujuy será obligatoria la vacunación para estatales y para usar el transporte público

Los trabajadores públicos de Jujuy están obligados a vacunarse contra el coronavirus. Y desde este miércoles también será obligatorio presentar el carnet de vacunación para utilizar el transporte público. Ambas medidas fueron anunciadas por el gobernador Gerardo Morales.

“He dictado el Decreto Acuerdo 696 que dispone en el Artículo 1 la obligatoriedad de la vacunación para todos los empleados públicos y estamos invitando al sector privado en general a adherir a la disposición“, dijo el radical Morales.

El artículo 1 del decreto incluye a los trabajadores de las entidades autárquicas, organismos centralizados y organismos descentralizados, empresas y sociedades del Estado, “cualquiera sea su situación de revista y lugar en el que presten servicio”.

El mandatario invitó a adherir a la disposición a los poderes Legislativo, Judicial, municipios y comisiones municipales.

Con respecto al sector privado, extendió la invitación a los sistemas privados de salud, educación, seguridad, transporte, comercio, entidades civiles, deportivas y recreativas.

Otro artículo del decreto establece que “el personal comprendido que no acredite haber recibido por lo menos una dosis de cualquiera de las vacunas, salvo justificación por medio fehaciente idóneo, no podrá asistir a prestar servicio a su lugar de trabajo, siendo su inasistencia injustificada con la correspondiente pérdida de la remuneración por día no trabajado“, detalló Morales.

“Las personas que no estuvieran vacunadas sencillamente lo que tienen que hacer es presentarse al lugar de trabajo y pedir permiso para ir a vacunarse en cualquiera de los centros de vacunación que tiene la provincia”, indicó. En síntesis, “disponemos la obligatoriedad de la vacunación para los empleados públicos y la vuelta al trabajo de todos los empleados públicos”, expresó Morales, al aludir la adhesión a la Resolución 4 tomada de forma conjunta por los Ministerios de Salud y Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social de la Nación por la cual “los empleadores podrán convocar al retorno a la actividad laboral presencial a los trabajadores, incluidos los dispensados”.

“No hay argumentos para no vacunarse”, remarcó Morales.

El gobernador anunció que firmará otro decreto para que sea obligatorio presentar el carnet de vacunación en el transporte público. Dijo que abarcará tanto a colectivos como taxis, taxis compartidos y remises.
