Continúan las capacitaciones desde la Secretaría de Trabajo y Promoción de Empleo

Capacitaron al Cuerpo de Bomberos de la Policía provincial, a cooperativas y se realizaron acciones conjuntas con el sindicato UTHGRA.

Capacitaron a cuerpo de bomberos de la Policia provincial

La jornada tuvo como objeto la formación en altura del cuerpo de Bomberos de la Provincia. Se llevó a cabo en el marco de un convenio de colaboración y cooperación mutua entre la Secretaría de Trabajo y Promoción de Empleo de La Pampa y el Ministerio de Seguridad provincial.

Fue posible en virtud de un acuerdo entre el Ministerio de Seguridad, a través de los Bomberos de la Policía de La Pampa, y la Secretaría de Trabajo, a través de la Dirección de Inspecciones y SRT.

Estuvieron presentes inspectores de la Secretaría, integrantes de Estaciones de Bomberos y Plantas de Tratamiento del municipio santarroseño.

Estuvo a cargo de la técnica en Trabajo Vertical, Verónica Santander, de la empresa Línea Sagital.

Capacitaron a trabajadores de cooperativas

Dirigida a trabajadores de las cooperativas de Electricidad de General Acha, San Martín, Ingeniero Luiggi y Realicó, se llevó adelante una capacitación sobre Seguridad e Higiene.

Estuvo a cargo de la directora de Capacitación y Formación Laboral, Celeste Segurado y realizada por los inspectores, Aldana Weinmeister, Agustín Quintana y Guillermo Rivoira, acompañados por la técnica en Trabajo Vertical, Verónica Santander.

Las cooperativas involucradas fueron las cooperativas de Electricidad (REDES) de General Acha, de General San Martín, Realicó e Ingeniero Luiggi.

Fue posible en virtud de un Acuerdo realizado entre la Secretaría de Trabajo, FEPAMCO y el Sindicato del Sector.

Los temas abordados fueron relacionados a normativas laborales, trabajos en grúa, escaleras y andamios.

Acciones con el Sindicato UTHGRA
Se llevó a cabo una capacitación sobre Procedimiento Administrativo en el área de Seguridad e Higiene y Trabajo Registrado, al Sindicato de UTHGRA.

Estuvo a cargo de la Dirección de Inspecciones y SRT. Se informó al Sindicato la modalidad de trabajo de la Dirección de inspecciones, en lo relativo a la calidad de las inspecciones, formulario único de denuncias, procedimiento administrativo que instituye la Ley N.º 857 y su decreto reglamentario N.º 21775/85, para la sanción de hechos y actos que importen transgresiones a los reglamentos, decretos, resoluciones y demás normas en materia laboral.

También se asesoró sobre la carga de expedientes, análisis sobre descargo en relación a Trabajo Registro y de Seguridad e Higiene presentados por los administrados, pago, medios de pago y recursos contra las multas aplicadas, situación de reincidentes, medios oficiales de comunicación con la Dirección y particularidades de los Convenios Colectivos de Trabajo.

Los representantes de UTHGRA, realizaron aportes técnicos para una eficiente inspección al trabajo registrado, resaltando especial atención en las funciones, especialidades y reglamentación de tareas y en la retención de cuotas sindicales aportes y contribuciones.
