El Frente de Izquierda Unidad cerró sus listas con un sabor amargo por parte de los espacios fundadores del frente. El Partido Socialista de los Trabajadores (PTS) y el Partido Obrero (PO) no pudieron lograr la lista de unidad en La Pampa ni en ningún otro distrito del país para las próximas PASO e irán a una interna junto al Movimiento Socialista de los Trabajadores (MST), que se sumó al FIT (ahora FITU) en 2019.

 “La izquierda debe modernizarse y dejar atrás el sectarismo y el hegemonismo de que siempre encabecen todas las listas los mismos partidos con las mismas figuras”, argumentaron dirigentes nacionales del MST y lo propio hizo su referente local, Jonatan Gómez, replicando el mismo speech sobre la decisión de ir con lista propia y competir en internas, algo que los demás espacios de la unidad quisieron evitar. “La izquierda no puede perder tiempo en competir en las paso”, había declarado a este medio antes del cierre de listas el dirigente del PO en La Pampa, Luciano González.

En comunicación con BIFE, Claudia Lupardo, referente del PTS y precandidata a senadora, le bajó el tono a la interna al sostener que “las diferencia están ligadas a como llevar adelante el programa que tenemos en común”. La dirigente remarcó que desde su espacio a nivel nacional “se insistió con un permanente llamado a la unidad a las distintas fuerzas de izquierda, con el fin de conformar un frente unitario del conjunto de ese espacio”.

A su vez, señaló que los matices dentro del frente “no pueden opacar todo el trabajo y desafío que viene llevando el FITU para ser un lugar de referencia para los trabajadores”, y agregó: “no somos como el PJ que se tiran con todo tipo de acusaciones”.

Lupardo, con ánimo de dejar al margen los señalamientos cruzados por parte de los partidos que conforman el Frente de Izquierda Unidad, indicó que en estas elecciones “apuntamos a que los decepcionados por el gobierno de Alberto Fernández nos den su voto, y sabemos que son muchos”. La precandidata a senadora indicó que “harán oír el reclamo de trabajo genuino para todos y todas, que se puede lograr reduciendo la jornada de trabajo a 6 horas con un salario que cubra la canasta familiar”.

En el plano local, Lupardo advirtió que uno de los principales problemas por los que atraviesa la provincia es el habitacional. “En La Pampa hay una fuerte carencia de vivienda. Un provincia que se dice rica no puede dejar dormir en unas chapas o  la intemperie a su gente. Eso es inaceptable”. “Desde el FITU queremos impulsar la lucha por un plan de obras públicas controlado por los y las trabajadoras, que permita construir las viviendas populares que tanta falta hacen”, puntualizó.

El Frente de Izquierda Unidad en la provincia llevará a Claudia Lupardo del PTS como precandidata a Senadora Nacional y a Luciano González del PO como precandidato a diputado nacional, quienes competirán contra la lista del MST, conformada por Jonatan Gómez como precandidato a senador y Lucas Mateos Montigel como precandidato a diputado.
