El legislador provincial por la UCR, Marcos Cuelle, manifestó que se se contemple la aplicación del “pase sanitario”, y de esta forma establecer burbujas sanitarias en locales comerciales y gastronómicos
Cuelle hizo referencia a las declaraciones del gobernador Sergio Ziliotto, quien días atrás descartó por el momento la aplicación del pase sanitario, lo cual consistiría en autorizar únicamente el ingresos a locales comerciales y gastronómicos a las personas que ya estén vacunadas con al menos una dosis. A esto, Cuelle señaló que ‘existe una verdad irrenunciable en las palabras del señor gobernador: “como gobernador no le puedo prohibir a una persona que ingrese a un lugar cuando no está vacunado y yo no le garantizo la vacuna’; claramente el problema que tenemos hoy día respecto a las vacunas, no está sustentado por la demanda de estas, sino por la oferta, y esto es absoluta responsabilidad del gobierno nacional y provincial”.
“Dicho esto, es necesario advertir, que el señor gobernador mantiene una mirada sesgada y orientada únicamente a lo restrictivo y prohibitivo, a pesar de que, actualmente ha caducado la estrategia inicial de fases y la estrategia de parámetros sanitarios tampoco se aplicaría”, sostuvo el diputado provincial.
“Con el objetivo de cuidar las fuentes de trabajo, se puede pensar la iniciativa del pasaporte sanitario, no como medida restrictiva, sino como medida proactiva, para la construcción de burbujas sanitarias-comerciales, donde se establezcan franjas horarias o determinados aforos, segmentando la asistencia a locales comerciales entre quienes todavía no se le ha garantizado la vacunación y quienes ya han recibido alguna dosis”, indicó.
