En el marco del Plan Provincial de Vivienda “Mi Casa 2”, ya se construyen en Santa Rosa 210 unidades habitacionales. Las mismas están ubicadas al sudeste de la ciudad, en continuidad de los barrios ARA San Juan y Pueblos Originarios, en donde se está realizando la sistematización de terrenos como paso inicial.Al respecto el presidente del Instituto Provincial de la Vivienda, Jorge Lezcano, destacó que “se está poniendo en marcha nada más ni nada menos lo que el gobernador Sergio Ziliotto había propuesto, avanzar en la construcción de viviendas para las familias pampeanas”.
Indicó que “se trata de las 210 viviendas del Plan Mi Casa 2, las cuales le corresponden a Santa Rosa de las 1.000 que lanzara el Gobernador en julio del año 2020. Son seis contratos de obra. En este momento hay seis empresas distintas trabajando, tres en bloques de 36 y otras tres en 34 casas cada una. El plazo de trabajo es de 390 días y el monto de la inversión es de alrededor de 850 millones de pesos”.
“Este proceso -agregó- representa la recuperación de una dinámica que se había visto ahogada por el anterior Gobierno nacional, que había desfinanciado el sistema de desarrollo de los programas de viviendas sociales”.
Recordó que “Ziliotto dispuso que en el Plan Mi Casa 2, establece la incorporación de las localidades de mayor densidad demográfica y profundiza el financiamiento provincial”.
“La vivienda como derecho humano fundamental es una realidad que aspiramos y seguimos poniendo en valor los gobiernos justicialistas que hemos gobernado La Pampa”, expresó Lezcano.
El titular del IPAV indicó por último que “se trata de una herramienta de reactivación económica para los sectores involucrando generando puestos de trabajo de manera directa y también movimiento económico en Santa Rosa y en todas las localidades de la Provincia donde se ejecutan viviendas”.
