La inflación mayorista de junio fue del 3,1% y ya acumuló casi 30% en 2021

En lo que va del año, el indicador acumuló un incremento cercano al 30% y en comparación al mismo mes del año anterior se aceleró por encima del 65%.

El nivel general del índice de precios internos al por mayor (IPIM) registró un aumento de 3,1% en junio respecto del mes anterior. Esta variación se explica como consecuencia de la suba de 3,2% en los “Productos nacionales” y de 2,5% en los “Productos importados”. La variación acumulada del 2021 fue del 29,8% y la interanual se aceleró 65,1%.

Por otra parte, el nivel general del índice de precios internos básicos al por mayor (IPIB) mostró un aumento de 2,4% en el mismo período. En este caso, la variación se explica por la suba de 2,3% en los “Productos nacionales” y de 2,6% en los “Productos importados”.

Asimismo, el nivel general del índice de precios básicos del productor (IPP) registró un aumento de 1,7% en el mismo período, como consecuencia de la baja de 1,8% en los “Productos primarios”, compensada por la suba de 3,3% en los “Productos manufacturados y energía eléctrica”.

Inflación minorista

De acuerdo al último informe del Indec, la inflación de junio se desaceleró levemente y fue del 3,2%, la menor marca desde octubre de 2020. De todos modos, en el primer semestre los precios de la economía acumularon un alza del 25,3% e interanualmente aumentaron 50,2%.

Según el informe oficial, el registro de junio marcó la tercera caída intermensual desde el pico de 4,8% que marcó el mes de marzo. Esta dinámica también se evidenció en la inflación mayorista, que pasó de un pico de 6,1% mensual en febrero a registrar un aumento de 3,2% mensual en mayo (último dato disponible). Por lo tanto, se espera que esta tendencia a la desaceleración continúe el resto del año.

Aún así, cabe remarcar quela inflación acumulada en el primer semestre es el mayor registro estimado para el mismo periodo desde 2016. En términos interanuales, la variación de precios a junio fue del 50,2%.
