La provincia incorporó un ecógrafo de última tecnología en el Hospital de Eduardo Castex

El Gobierno de la provincia de La Pampa, a través del Ministerio de Salud. confirmó que la inversión superó los $ 5.500.000 para adquirir el equipo de última generación marca Sonoscape destinado al nosocomio público castense. El equipamiento permitirá ampliar la capacidad de diagnóstico por imágenes tanto en el hospital como en los Centros Sanitarios: “Mabel Cerruti” y “Señorita Mecha”.  


Al respecto, el director del nosocomio, José Luis Alfonzo, informó que el ecógrafo Sonoscape que se utiliza para la realización de ecografías Doppler color, consta de tres transductores “uno es endovaginal y se utiliza para estudios ginecológicos y los dos restantes son para hacer Doppler cardíacos o estudios de vasos”, especificó.    


Contar con este tipo de equipamiento permite a la institución evitar derivaciones, realizar un análisis precoz, lo cual se traduce en un tratamiento oportuno en cada paciente. 


Alfonso resaltó la importancia del equipamiento en el sistema sanitario local porque “nos aporta mayores herramientas para la detección de patologías en nuestra población. Con el Doppler se pueden detectar, entre otras, imágenes nodulares quísticas, patologías ginecológicas y se puede realizar un control en la evolución del embarazo. También nos permite ampliar la capacidad de diagnóstico en las guardias”.


La institución cuenta con personal calificado que permanentemente está capacitándose para brindar el mejor servicio a toda la comunidad.

Vacunación
Sobre el Plan Estratégico de Vacunación que se lleva adelante en la Provincia, sostuvo que se viene desarrollando de manera exitosa “con un alto porcentaje de vacunados. Hoy recibimos vacunas Sinopharm y completaremos la aplicación de las segundas dosis. Además vamos a comenzar con la aplicación de primeras dosis, en personas mayores de 18 años sin patologías previas”, confirmó Alfonzo.


En ese camino, se refirió también a la recepción de la campaña vacunatoria por parte de la comunidad castense señalando “la gente responde bien, se inscribe, hay una gran cantidad de vacunas y esto genera mucho entusiasmo en la comunidad”.


En cuanto a la detección de casos positivos de COVID-19, precisó que se continúan realizando búsquedas activas. Hoy se realiza la segunda en el municipio, en tanto el jueves se llevará a cabo en un supermercado local.
