Es oficial el plan que permite a mujeres jubilarse sin aportes

El Decreto 475/2021 fue publicado este lunes en el Boletín Oficial, mediante el cual el Gobierno comenzó a implementar el Programa de Reconocimiento de Aportes por Tareas de Cuidado, que les permite acceder a una jubilación a mujeres que tengan más de 60 años y que sean madres, pero que no cuenten con los 30 años de aportes necesarios.

La normativa establece que a partir de ahora este grupo podrá computar “un año de servicio por cada hijo y/o hija que haya nacido con vida”, con el único fin “de acreditar el mínimo de servicios necesarios para el logro de la Prestación Básica Universal (PBU)”.

De esta forma, el reconocimiento computará 1 año por hijo o hija, 2 años por hijo o hija adoptado o adoptada siendo menor de edad, 2 años por hijo o hija con discapacidad y 3 años en caso de que haya accedido a una Asignación Universal por Hijo (AUH) por al menos 12 meses, detalló el organismo.

Por otro lado, las autoridades nacionales también decretaron que “el período correspondiente a la licencia por maternidad establecida por las leyes de alcance nacional y Convenios Colectivos de Trabajo respectivos”, será tenido en cuenta para calcular “las Prestaciones de Retiro Transitorio por Invalidez o de la Pensión por Fallecimiento del afiliado o de la afiliada en actividad”.

Sin embargo, se aclaró que “los plazos de licencia por maternidad y de estado de excedencia se computarán” para todos los regímenes previsionales que da la ANSES, solamente cuando se verifique “que la mujer y/o persona gestante haya retornado a la misma actividad que realizaba” antes, una vez que finalizó el correspondiente permiso.

En este sentido, el Gobierno Nacional calculó que hay cerca de 155.000 mujeres en edad de jubilarse pero que no alcanzan a cumplir con los 30 años de aportes y que, a partir de este programa, podrán completar este requisito.
