El gobernador Sergio Ziliotto firmó con el secretario de Energía de Nación, Darío Martínez, un convenio a través del cual la Provincia recibirá casi 1.000 millones de pesos del Gobierno nacional.
La Pampa, a diferencia de las restantes provincias, accedió a estos recursos como consecuencia de haber pagado regularmente los vencimientos por suministro de la distribuidora mayorista CAMMESA. Por este motivo la Provincia retendrá el 30 % de vencimientos futuros para destinar a obras de infraestructura.
Los $1.000 millones que La Pampa retendrá de futuros vencimientos son un reconocimiento al esfuerzo que el Gobierno provincial realizó para mantener al día sus compromisos con la Compañía Administradora del Mercado Mayorista (CAMMESA).
Este beneficio, que favorecerá a pampeanas y pampeanos a través de las obras que se concreten en el futuro, fue producto del trabajo en el Congreso Nacional del diputado nacional, Ariel Rauschenberger, cuya participación fue gravitante para incorporar esta medida en el Presupuesto Nacional 2021.
Plan de Desarrollo Energético
Los fondos se volcarán al Plan de Desarrollo Energético, a través de la incorporación de nuevas tecnologías, fortaleciendo la eficiencia, en procura de encaminar a La Pampa a la soberanía energética que facilite el desarrollo de todos los sectores económicos y promueva el trabajo para pampeanas y pampeanos.
Se trata de un eslabón más en la cadena de acciones emprendidas por la gestión del gobernador Sergio Ziliotto, que se conjuga con la innovadora licitación del área petrolera Medanito Sur, donde el adjudicatario deberá invertir 5 millones de dólares en una planta de energía renovable que será propiedad de la Provincia.
“Hoy Nación premia la eficiencia”
Ziliotto describió que se trata de “un día de enorme trascendencia para nuestra Provincia, no porque estemos firmando un convenio con el Gobierno nacional a través del cual nuestra Provincia va a recibir fondos, porque eso, en este Gobierno federal que tenemos desde el 10 de diciembre de 2019, es una constante para la provincia de La Pampa, sino porque se está premiando la eficiencia en la gestión”.
En este sentido sostuvo que tradicionalmente “La Pampa es una Provincia ordenada desde lo financiero, desde lo institucional y hoy vemos que valió la pena. Valió la pena no tener deudas porque tenemos un Gobierno nacional que privilegia beneficiar la eficiencia”.
“Tenemos que demostrar que el Estado también puede ser eficiente, porque aunque parezca un valor intangible, hoy toma valor, se transforman en $ 1.000 millones que se van a traducir en obras y también en financiamiento de los programas que están contenidas en la Ley de Desarrollo Energético, que aprobó nuestra legislatura y que tiene el objetivo de proyectar el sistema para los próximos 20 años”, indicó el mandatario.
Explicó que La Pampa busca “transformarse en autónoma, generar su propia energía, ver cómo pasamos de ser una provincia que consume a una que genera energía. Ese es el gran desafío del Estado, con un fuerte apoyo y trabajo en común con el sistema cooperativo pampeano, que es el que tiene la responsabilidad de la distribución y la relación directa con los usuarios”.
Ziliotto valoró especialmente el “apoyo y el reconocimiento de un Gobierno nacional que nos permite seguir invirtiendo para darle mayor eficiencia, mayor seguridad al sistema eléctrico y mejor calidad de vida a todas las pampeanos y pampeanos”.
