Desde la CPE informaron sobre la realización de tramites a través de internet, de una manera fácil y segura.

Esta modalidad de gestión es indispensable en momentos en que la presencialidad de la atención al público debe reducirse al mínimo. O directamente suspenderse.

En la edición digital de la revista de la CPE www.1deoctubre.com.ar se comenta que estas líneas de trabajo formaban parte de la agenda del área de Sistemas de la Cooperativa y se venían desarrollando regularmente. La irrupción del Covid y los confinamientos para reducir su propagación, demandaron la aceleración de su puesta en marcha para facilitar el acceso de las y los asociados a servicios esenciales como la energía eléctrica, televisión, telefonía fija e internet. 

Desde finales de 2020, está vigente la posibilidad de tramitar a través del sitio de la CPE www.cpe.com.ar en la sección “Energía”, la factibilidad del suministro de energía ya sea para particulares, edificios, loteos o para predios rurales, así como la solicitud de interferencias o del servicio de Alumbrado Público https://youtu.be/WgxXGRGp154

Hace pocas semanas, en el portal principal de la cooperativa, de acceso inmediato, quedaron operativos una serie de botones para la realización de trámites tanto de Energía como de Telecomunicaciones. En cualquiera de los casos, para poder iniciar una gestión el o la asociada debe registrarse como usuario, un proceso sencillo que los identificará con un nombre y contraseña en el sistema de la CPE.

Una vez registrado, los botones le permiten solicitar el alta o la baja de una conexión de Energía o de Telecomunicaciones. También está el botón “Arrepentimiento”, que permite desistir del mismo dentro de los 10 días de contratado, con lo que la CPE da cumplimiento a la Resolución 424/2020 de la Secretaría de Comercio Interior.

Desde el mismo portal se puede acceder a la impresión de las facturas correspondientes a sus servicios, adherirse al envío por correo electrónico de los comprobantes, visualizar el estado de su cuenta y pagar de manera electrónica.
