Empatel: asumieron los representantes del Estado

Formalmente en el día de la fecha asumieron los tres directores designados, hasta el momento, por la representación de las acciones del Estado (51%) donde Andrés Zulueta es el presidente y los directores Analía Torres (representando al oficialismo) y Diego Sallaberry representante de la primera minoría de la oposición pampeana.

Con la realización de una próxima asamblea, se pondrán en funciones los restantes dos directores, uno por el accionista Aguas del Colorado y otro por las cooperativas.

En esta primera instancia se avanza en la adecuación de las formalidades en cuanto a licencias, trabajadores, convenios, clientes y proveedores, entre otras cuestiones, que permitan disponer todos los elementos necesarios para cumplir con el objeto social de la empresa.

Desde la empresa se informó que cuando la situación actual lo permita, se realizará una presentación pública con los planes de negocios previstos a futuro, con todos los sectores que conforman el negocio de las telecomunicaciones en La Pampa. También se mostrará cómo será el esquema de gerencias y los servicios que se van a prestar y sus modalidades.

De este modo, se pone en marcha Empatel, una compañía pensada desde y con el Estado provincial, de dedicación exclusiva para atender el creciente mundo de las telecomunicaciones y con una mirada puesta en achicar la brecha social más que en la rentabilidad únicamente.

La empresa de telecomunicaciones fue creada por el ex gobernador Carlos Verna, y puesta en marcha por el actual, Sergio Ziliotto.
