El gobernador Sergio Ziliotto firmó convenios con intendentas e intendentes de 10 localidades para la construcción de 47 viviendas correspondientes al Plan Mi Casa. “Necesitamos avanzar rápidamente en darle solución habitacional a las pampeanas y pampeanos que esperan su techo”, indicó el mandatario provincial y destacó que “al mismo tiempo estamos generando empleo y motorizando las economías regionales y locales”.
El encuentro se realizó de modo virtual con el gobernador, el secretario de Asuntos Municipales, Rogelio Schanton y el titular del Instituto Provincial Autárquico de Vivienda, Jorge Lezcano desde Casa de Gobierno. Desde cada una de sus localidades participaron Gabriel José Ramello (Adolfo Van Praet); Oscar Canonero (Falucho); Patricia Lavin (Ingeniero Luiggi); Rosa Eleno (Miguel Cané); Victor Wilberger (Monte Nievas); Juan Carlos Olivero (Parera); Julio Gérez (Puelches); Juan Pablo Resio (Quetrequén); Néstor González (Relmo) y Pablo Lázaro (Rucanelo).
“Reponer un sistema solidario”
Ziliotto sostuvo que resulta “necesario avanzar rápidamente con estos trámites para darle solución lo antes posible a las pampeanas y pampeanos que esperan el techo propia, además del impacto económico y laboral que tiene en las economías local y regional la construcción de vivienda”.
“Cada vez que se termine una vivienda o un barrio, inmediatamente vamos a poner en marcha otra operatoria de este tipo”, subrayó el mandatario y destacó “la importancia que tiene poder trabajar en conjunto entre el Gobierno provincial y los municipios porque son ustedes, los intendentes, los que saben cuáles son las demandas y los grupos familiares que hay que priorizar”.
Reconoció la necesidad de seguir ejecutando viviendas para paliar el déficit habitacional y enfatizó que “además del esfuerzo que podamos hacer los gobiernos nacional y provincial, es necesario que quienes ya cuentan con una vivienda paguen las cuotas de acuerdo a sus ingresos, para así reponer un sistema solidario que es el que le da sustentabilidad a esta operatoria de viviendas.”
“Mano de obra y compre local”
“Es una feliz iniciativa la que ha tomado y quiero aplaudir su decisión política”, le dijo al gobernador el intendente de Parera, Juan Carlos Olivero, para después poner en valor el proceso de descentralización iniciado en la gestión del ex gobernador Carlos Verna, que “con mucha satisfacción vemos sigue siendo una política de Estado activa”.
Olivero destacó que la construcción de viviendas “nos permite generar mano de obra local, potenciamos el compre local y le damos un movimiento económico a nuestros pueblos que es muy importante”.
Finalmente se refirió a la pandemia y expresó el deseo de “poder sortearla lo antes posible. Veo el esfuerzo y la preocupación de todos y estoy convencido de que unidos vamos a salir adelante”.
La intendenta de Ingeniero Luiggi, Patricia Lavin, celebró estar firmando los convenios que permitan iniciar la construcción de viviendas, “porque es un motor fundamental que genera alegría, esperanza, pero además trabajo y movimiento económico”.
“Las soluciones habitacionales, otro programa que tenemos en la provincia, también nos permiten ir dando respuestas para que los vecinos accedan a una mejor calidad de vida”, indicó Lavín, y puntualizó que “si no fuera por los recursos de la provincia, a través de la descentralización, no podríamos desarrollarlo”.
Detalle de las obras
La construcción de las 47 viviendas implica una inversión de $ 128.147.568, según el siguiente detalle:
En Adolfo Van Praet se construirán 4 viviendas por un monto de $ 10.906.176. Falucho recibirá $ 8.179.632 para la construcción de 3 viviendas. En Ingeniero Luiggi se llevarán a cabo 8 viviendas por un monto de $ 21.812.352. En Miguel Cané se construirán 4 viviendas por $ 10.906.176. Monte Nievas se levantarán 4 viviendas por $ 10.906.176. Para Parera está prevista la construcción de 8 viviendas por un monto de $ 21.812.352. También en Puelches se construirán 8 viviendas por idéntico monto ($ 21.812.352). Quetrequén será beneficiado con 4 viviendas por $ 10.906.176. En Relmo y Rucanelo se construirán dos viviendas por un monto de $ 5.453.088 en cada caso
