Un hombre de 22 años fue imputado por el femicidio de su pareja embarazada, asesinada de un disparo en la cabeza el pasado lunes. El hecho sucedió en la ciudad de Banda del Río Salí, en Tucumán.
Se trata de Braian Joel Ignacio sospechado de asesinar a Daiana Gabriela Juárez quien era su pareja y madre de sus dos hijos de 3 y 6 años. Además, la autopsia determinó que la mujer estaba embarazada de dos meses y medio.
En el lugar del crimen se encontraban los dos hijos de la pareja. De hecho, Ignacio declaró a los efectivos policiales que el disparo que acabó con la vida de Juárez fue efectuado su hijo de tres años: “Yo no fui, a la criatura se le escapó el disparo”, manifestó al momento de ser arrestado.
Sin embargo, los investigadores sospechan que se trata de una coartada y el fiscal Carlos Sale lo acusa de “homicidio agravado por el vínculo y por femicidio” y solicitó su prisión preventiva por presentar riesgo de fuga.
El femicidio
El hecho ocurrió el lunes en horas del mediodía cuando vecinos de la pareja escucharon un disparo que provenía de la vivienda de ambos ubicada en el barrio 23 de agosto. Luego de apersonarse en el lugar encontraron a la joven tendida la vereda, con un disparo en la cabeza. Junto a ella estaban sus dos hijos.
Mientras tanto, Braian Joel Ignacio se encontraba fugado. Por eso, los vecinos alertaron a la policía provincial y a las pocas horas del femicidio, efectivos de la División de Homicidios encontraron y detuvieron a Ignacio.
De acuerdo con la hipótesis expuesta por el fiscal, el imputado “ejercía violencia de género sobre Juárez y luego de una fuerte discusión, le habría efectuado un disparo en la zona del oído izquierdo a la joven”, lo que le produjo la muerte, tras lo cual escapó.
Por su parte Natalí Zelaya, íntima amiga de la víctima declaró a medios locales: “La criatura no puede ni levantar un arma grande. Es imposible y se comprobará con las pericias. Él fue el que vino y le disparó en la sien mientras Daiana estaba acostada. Los vecinos los escucharon pelear antes del crimen”, dijo a La Gaceta.
De todas formas, ante la acusación de Ignacio a su hijo de tres años, el fiscal Sale pidió la intervención a la Defensoría de Menores, solicitó un estudio de pólvora y que se lleve adelante una cámara Gesell con los niños “para esclarecer las circunstancias de lo ocurrido”.
