La Cámara de Comercio apuesta al diálogo en el marco de las nuevas restricciones

La Cámara de Industria y Comercio de La Pampa emitió un comunicado de prensa donde hacen un llamamiento al diálogo y piden responsabilidad social para que no se incrementen los contagios de covid.

En el documento, se hace un recorrido de las gestiones de la Cámara, destacando protocolos para diversas actividades y medidas como el horario comercial corrido para aliviar las consecuencias económicas de la pandemia en sus asociados.

El comunicado completo consigna lo siguiente:

“Nuestra Institución, como durante todo el año pasado sigue trabajando y desde enero de este año viene planteando ante el Gobierno Provincial la necesidad de sostener la actividad económica activa ya que el sector al que representamos no está en condiciones de soportar un cierre como el que vivió durante el año 2020. La facturación todavía no ha podido recuperar los niveles del año 2019, y ya se están pagando las deudas contraídas durante el año 2020.

Por lo anterior, y como una forma de incentivar el consumo, logramos que se implementaran nuevas promociones con las tarjetas del BLP y que se beneficie a los comercios que habían accedido a los créditos a tasa cero, con la prórroga de las cuotas cuyos vencimientos operaban en enero, febrero y marzo.

En el mes de febrero trabajamos para que los Institutos de idiomas y las academias de baile pudieran comenzar el año lectivo con condiciones rentables para la actividad, lo cual se materializó a fin de ese mes con un DecretoProvincial.

En el mes de marzo conseguimos que se ampliara el horario de exhibición para las salas de cines, como también, organizamos reuniones de trabajo entre los dueños de salones de eventos, organizadores de eventos y el Gobierno Provincial para mejorar las condiciones de los protocolos que los regula, de tal manera que la actividad sea viable.

La comisión de gastronómicos de nuestra Cámara, ante las restricciones horarias dispuestas por el DNU nacional, trabajó para lograr mitigar las consecuencias de esta medida, con acciones concretas consensuadas con la Secretaría de Trabajo. Ya hemos realizado pedidos formales y concretado reuniones de trabajo con autoridades provinciales y representantes de las actividades que han sido alcanzadas con nuevas restricciones, debido al aumento de casos en los departamentos Capital, Maracó y Toay por ingresar a la zona de alto riesgo, para lograr minimizar el grave impacto que tiene el cierre de las actividades de muchos socios de nuestra Institución.

Hace unos meses comenzamos a trabajar en la posibilidad del horario corrido como una estrategia comercial. El mismo se ha implementado desde el lunes 3 de mayo con una alta adhesión por parte del sector comercial.

Con esta acción contribuimos a disminuir a la mitad el desplazamiento de empleadores y empleados de comercio, además del ahorro energético que este horario conlleva y ahora más que nunca, dado el nivel de contagios de estos últimos días, favorecemos que el público se movilice en el horario de temperaturas más altas.

Desde nuestra constitución como Cámara de Comercio, las sucesivas Comisiones Directivas han trabajado como nexo entre los sectores comerciales y los Gobiernos Provinciales y Municipales, y ahora en los tiempos que nos tocan vivir, apostamos al DIÁLOGO permanente; respetando las normas vigentes, sin perder de vista la innegable realidad de la situación económica de nuestros asociados que son afectados por cada medida que se toma, para mejorar y adaptar las normativas en nuestra Provincia. Entendiendo que la responsabilidad social y gremial debe estar a la altura de las circunstancias que en esta Pandemia nos toca atravesar”.
