Lanzan capacitación sobre la nueva Ley de Plaguicidas

El Ministerio de la Producción llevará a cabo un ciclo de capacitaciones en el marco de la nueva Ley Integral de Plaguicidas Nº 3288, el cual será requisito para poder inscribirse en el Registro de Asesores Técnicos.

La directora de Agricultura, Natalia Ovando, adelantó el comienzo de la actividad para el próximo 3 de mayo por plataforma Zoom, de 18 a 20, destinada a ingenieros agrónomos matriculados y cuyo primer módulo se referirá a “Gestión de envases fitosanitarios”.


La funcionaria comentó que este será el único ciclo que se dictará de manera anual, dividido en dos temáticas: en este primer semestre se referirá a la actualización técnica mientras que el segundo corresponderá a la normativa de la nueva ley de Plaguicidas.


“Tienen que tener presente que el cumplimentar con estos cursos es un requisito necesario para poder inscribirse en el Registro de Asesores que se creará a partir de esta nueva ley”.

Esta actividad se realiza conjuntamente con el Colegio de Ingenieros Agrónomos, la Facultad de Agronomía y el INTA, por lo cual los disertantes provienen de dichos organismos.


Ovando manifestó que “se incrementa año a año la cantidad de profesionales que se capacita” y en esta oportunidad a partir de la implementación reciente de la nueva Ley se abrirá un Registro “el cual les va a permitir poder operar como asesores de empresas aplicadoras, comercios, fábricas, y además -continuó- como novedad para este año ese Registro les va a permitir también, realizar las recetas de compra, de remitos y de aplicación”.


En ese marco adelantó que se está diseñando un sistema de trazabilidad “al cual únicamente lo van a poder operar los asesores incluidos en dicho Registro”, concluyó la funcionaria.
