Subzona 14: incluyeron delitos sexuales contra las víctimas durante el tercer juicio

El tercer tramo del juicio de la Subzona 14 por delitos de lesa humanidad, cometidos durante la última dictadura militar en La Pampa, comenzó este martes en sede de la Universidad Nacional de La Pampa (UNLPam) y está previsto el testimonio de alrededor de 140 víctimas del terrorismo de Estado, en hechos en los que hay seis acusados y que incluyen crímenes sexuales.

El debate comenzó poco después de las 9 en el Aula Magna de la UNLPam, que fue reacondicionada para que se pueda llevar adelante este proceso judicial.

Según se informó, las partes y testigos que deseen asistir de manera presencial pueden hacerlo respetando el protocolo sanitario previsto o seguirlo por la vía remota.

Son un total de 178 víctimas las que fueron incluidas en este tercer juicio si bien se espera el testimonio de unas 140, entre víctimas directas, familiares y otros, con seis acusados, de los cuales tres son ex militares y tres ex policías.

Mientras tanto, el Tribunal, integrado por los jueces José Mario Triputti, Pablo Díaz Lacava y Marcos Aguerrido deberá resolver si el exjefe de policía de La Pampa, Luis Baraldini, a quienes las víctimas señalan como “el autor intelectual de la represión en La Pampa”, afrontará o no este nuevo juicio, ya que evadió el primero por estar prófugo y ahora aduce problemas de salud.

En el juicio serán juzgados, además de Baraldini, los exmilitares Néstor Greppi y Jorge De Bartolo; y los expolicías Carlos Reinhart, Roberto Oscar Fiorucci y Humberto Riffaldi.

El mes pasado, falleció uno de los imputados, el exmayor y jefe de Operaciones del Regimiento de Toay durante la dictadura, Gerardo Jáuregui.

Las víctimas piden que el Tribunal siente en el banquillo de los acusados a Baraldini, en un proceso histórico que tiene la particularidad de incluir los delitos sexuales que sufrieron las víctimas en cautiverio.
