283 positivos, 2 muertes; otras 11 mil personas permanecen aisladas

El Gobierno de la provincia de La Pampa concluyó el procesamiento de 1.333 muestras de las cuales 283 resultaron positivas para COVID-19.  Hubo 2 muertes: un hombre de 78 años de Santa Rosa y una mujer de General Pico de 83.

De ellas, 98 corresponden a residentes en Santa Rosa, 60 en General Pico, 15 en Ingeniero Luiggi, 13 en Toay, 12 en Eduardo Castex, 8 en Intendente Alvear, 8 en Colonia Barón, 7 en Jacinto Arauz, 7 en Realicó, 7 en 25 de Mayo, 5 en Victorica, 5 en Telén, 5 en Santa Isabel, 4 en Ataliva Roca, 3 en Doblas, 3 en Rancul, 3 en Vértiz, 3 en Trenel, 2 en Catriló, 2 en Quemú Quemú, 2 en Macachín, 2 en La Adela, 2 en General San Martín, 1 en Tomás M. de Anchorena, 1 en Bernardo Larroudé, 1 en Uriburu, 1 en Speluzzi, 1 en Bernasconi, 1 en Parera, 1 en Maisonnave.


De los 283 casos confirmados en la tarde de hoy 65 se encontraban aislados por ser considerados contactos estrechos. Debido a la rapidez del diagnóstico por antígenos (en media hora se otorga el resultado), aún se continúa desarrollando la investigación epidemiológica de 218 casos
De 1333 muestras analizadas en toda la provincia, 553 fueron por test rápidos y 780 por PCR.

Vacunación: dosis aplicadas
Según lo comunicado y convenido con el Ministerio de Salud de la Nación de las vacunas contra SARS Cov 2, se ha comprobado un excedente de dosis en frascos de distintas vacunas las cuales son aplicadas con el mismo criterio que cualquier dosis. Esta situación beneficia la estrategia de vacunación en la situación de emergencia sanitaria con circulación de SARS Cov 2 y escasez de dosis para aplicar en momento oportuno. De esta manera puede evidenciarse un mayor número de dosis aplicadas frente a las recibidas.

Aclaración sobre la carga de casos:
Existe una diferencia de casos confirmados entre el Reporte Provincial y el Nacional ya que se asisten y notifican pacientes que viven en otras provincias que tienen domicilio legal (el que figura en el DNI) en la provincia de La Pampa.

Búsqueda activa
La estrategia de búsqueda activa con diagnóstico por antígenos lleva entrevistados 61.978 ciudadanos.

Situación provincial
Desde el inicio de la pandemia, en la Provincia, se registraron un total de 25.079 casos positivos para COVID-19, de los cuales 2.284 permanecen activos, 345 han fallecido y 22.450 se han recuperado, 115 en el día de hoy.
Los casos confirmados activos están distribuidos de la siguiente manera en: 727 en Santa Rosa, 515 en General Pico, 131 en Toay, 78 en Intendente Alvear, 70 en Realicó, 64 en Victorica, 64 en Jacinto Arauz, 62 en Eduardo Castex, 50 en Ingeniero Luiggi, 25 en Bernasconi, 32 en 25 de Mayo, 31 en Santa Isabel, 25 en Metileo, 25 en Lonquimay, 27 en Telén, 19 en Macachín, 19 en Trenel, 16 en General Acha, 16 en Quetrequén, 19 en Rancul, 15 en Alpachiri, 14 en La Adela, 16 en General San Martín, 11 en Catriló, 13 en Miguel Riglos, 14 en Parera, 12 en Anguil, 12 en Ceballos, 15 en Doblas, 20 en Colonia Barón, 15 en Ataliva Roca, 11 en Speluzzi, 9 en Alta Italia, 6 en Guatraché, 9 en Uriburu, 8 en General Campos, 7 en Villa Mirasol, 7 de Tomás M. de Anchorena, 6 en Dorila, 7 en Bernardo Larroudé, 6 en Coronel Hilario Lagos, 3 en Loventué ,7 en Quemú Quemú, 7 en Vértiz, 2 en Winifreda, 4 en Maisonnave, 3 en Conhello, 2 en Ingeniero Foster, 2 en Abramo, 2 en La Humada, 1 en Luan Toro, 1 en Unanue, 1 en Falucho, 1 en Arata.
Al día de la fecha se encuentran aisladas un total de 10.863 personas en toda la Provincia.

Pacientes internados
Se encuentran internados 129 pacientes confirmados para COVID-19. En General Pico 31 pacientes; 24 de ellos en modulares y 7 en terapia intensiva. En (CEAR-Modulares) de Santa Rosa 42 pacientes, 11 de ellos en UTI CEAR, 12 en clínica médica y 19 modular. En UTI 2 se encuentran internados 4 pacientes. En UTI del subsector privado 2 pacientes. En el Hospital Evita 6 internados en clínica médica. Y en el interior de la Provincia se encuentran internados en clínica médica:
Hospital de General Acha: 3; de Macachín: 1, de Eduardo Castex: 3, de Toay: 12, de Trenel: 1, de Victorica 3, de 25 de Mayo: 2, de Realicó: 3, de General San Martín: 1, de Ingeniero Luiggi: 2, de Colonia Barón: 7, de Intendente Alvear: 1, de Rancul: 3, de Bernasconi: 2.

Importante
Los pacientes internados en Terapia Intensiva que se han negativizado para COVID-19, son trasladados a los servicios de UTI del subsector privado. Esta estrategia permite al subsector público tener una mayor disponibilidad de unidades de terapia libres para la atención de los casos activos de COVID-19 que lo requieran.
