Extienden por tres meses el programa Precios Cuidados con nuevos productos

El Gobierno extendió hasta el 12 de julio próximo el programa Precios Cuidados e incorporó nuevos productos, hasta lograr una oferta total de 670 artículos, con un aumento promedio de 4,8% en los valores de los que ya estaban incluidos en el esquema.

La nueva extensión del programa, que representa un acuerdo voluntario entre el Estado, las cadenas de supermercados y las empresas proveedoras de alimentos, bebidas, higiene personal, perfumería y limpieza, pretende consolidarse como una referencia cada vez más amplia para consumidores y el sector empresario.

Así, la canasta de productos representativos pasará desde este lunes a contener 670 referencias con la incorporación para este segundo trimestre de nuevos artículos, entre los que se encuentran una máscara protectora de plástico para el cuidado esencial en el contexto actual de pandemia.

Este artículo específico para combatir el Covid-19 se suma a los que ya estaban incluidos como el alcohol en gel, jabones, limpiadores antibacteriales y guantes, de acuerdo al diseño trimestral realizado por la Secretaría de Comercio Interior.

Además, se suman nuevas variedades de alimentos como pastas, galletitas, budines y especias de primeras y segundas marcas. De este modo, el programa queda con un total de 670 productos que se comercializan a nivel nacional en todas las sucursales de las principales cadenas.

La Secretaría, que conduce Paula Español, destacó que desde el relanzamiento en enero de este año, el programa aumentó más del 65% la cantidad de referencias y cuenta con más del doble de productos de los que tenía a comienzos de 2020.

El programa Precios Cuidados está presente en 54 cadenas de supermercados, que cuentan con un total de 2.800 bocas de expendio de todo el país.

Según relevamientos de oficinas nacionales y provinciales, el programa cuenta con un nivel de cumplimiento del abastecimiento en góndolas de los productos incluidos en la canasta superior al 80% y un 99,9% en el caso de los precios acordados.

Para el Gobierno, el programa tiene como características centrales la presencia en las góndolas, y por otro lado, multiplicar la cantidad de marcas y presentaciones de los bienes.

Desde la cartera de Comercio Interior se explicó que el hecho de aumentar la cantidad de artículos dentro de una categoría es clave para que los precios, que están acordados hasta el mes de julio, se consoliden, y al mismo tiempo, actúen como un ancla para los productos del mismo rubro que están fuera del listado.

En el fortalecimiento del programa a comienzos de enero, la canasta de productos de referencia había tenido una actualización de precios de 5,6% promedio.

A comienzos de abril, la Secretaria, ante la preocupación por el aumento de los alimentos, extendió el programa de Precios Máximos hasta el 15 de mayo próximo, y el acuerdo de la carne hasta el 15 de abril.

Con eje en el consumo y la producción nacional, la Secretaría de Comercio Interior también renovó a principios de mes, hasta el 31 de julio próximo, el programa Ahora 12, lo que permitirá mantener los beneficios de financiamiento y en 3, 6, 12 o 18 cuotas fijas mensuales con tarjeta de crédito, todos los días de la semana sin límite de monto.

Precios Cuidados continuará con su aplicación para iOS y Android que permite verificar los productos que debe tener cada sucursal; escanear el código de barras de cada uno para asegurarse de que el precio sea correcto; dar aviso en caso de incumplimiento en el abastecimiento, señalización y precios.

El desarrollo digital también permite calificar la experiencia del programa en esa sucursal para que el resto de los usuarios pueda ver y elegir ese supermercado u otro que quede en la zona y tenga una mejor puntuación realizada por otros y otras consumidores.
