La Anmat prohibió dos marcas de pastas sin TACC

La Administración Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnología Médica (Anmat) prohibió la comercialización en todo el territorio nacional de una pasta sin TACC por estar falsamente rotulada y resultar, en consecuencia, ilegal.

Según fue publicado este martes en el Boletín Oficial, la entidad retiró del mercado la “Pasta seca de harina de arveja” Libre de Gluten. Sin TACC, marca Legume, nombre de fantasía: Pasta arveja fusilli, RNPA N° 04-064364, L 201116 – vto 11/2021, elaborado por Nutrabio SRL – RNE N° 04-004584, dado que el rótulo del producto no se incluye la frase de advertencia puede contener huevo o derivados de huevo.PUBLICIDAD

A través de la disposición 1921/2021, Anmat prohibió también la “Pasta porotos negros fusilli”, RNPA N° 04-070373, L 200720 – Vto. 07/2021, elaborado por Nutrabio SRL – RNE N° 04-004584, y de los productos: “Pasta seca de harina de lenteja”, Libre de Gluten. Sin TACC, nombre de fantasía: Pasta lenteja, marca TAEQ, RNPA N° 04-070240, titular Libertad SA, elaborador Nutrabio S.R.L, lotes elaborados desde el 1/09/2020 al 27/11/2020, con vencimientos septiembre, octubre y noviembre de 2021.

De acuerdo a los análisis realizados por el Departamento Laboratorio Nacional de Referencia del INAL, se detectó gluten en ambos productos. 

En el caso de la “Pasta seca de harina de arveja, Libre de Gluten, Sin TACC”, la Dirección de la Industria Alimenticia de la provincia de Córdoba informó que el análisis arrojó que hay presencia de alérgenos de huevo y que “en la planta donde se elabora este producto también se elaboran pastas secas con alérgenos (huevo-leche) que pueden adquirirse por contaminación cruzada” y agregó que la etiqueta “no incluye la frase: puede contener huevo o derivados del huevo”.

En este caso, sostiene la disposición, los productos “están en infracción a los artículos 6 bis, 155, 1383 y 1383 bis del CAA (Código Alimentario Argentino), por estar contaminados al presentar valores de gliadinas superiores al permitido por la normativa vigente”.

Para proteger a la población -y en particular a las personas celíacas y a quienes son susceptibles al huevo- “toda vez que se trate de productos alimenticios contaminados y mal rotulados según lo establecido por la normativa vigente es que el Departamento de Rectoría en Normativa Alimentaria del INAL recomienda prohibir la comercialización en todo el territorio nacional de los referidos productos”.
