En una lógica que se repite: si el presidente es peronista será quién presida la conducción del partido. La Junta Electoral del PJ proclamó la victoria de la lista “Unidad y Federalismo” que encabeza el presidente Alberto Fernández, por lo que el mandatario pasará a ser el nuevo conductor del justicialismo.
El órgano electoral del PJ se dio cita al mediodía en la sede partidaria de la calle Matheu 130 de esta capital, donde deliberó hasta pasadas las 16, si bien el trámite no presentó complejidades porque la nómina encabezada por Fernández había sido la única que reunía los requisitos formales del partido para la renovación de autoridades.
Fuentes del peronismo confirmaron a Télam que la Junta Electoral proclamó la lista de unidad, por lo que ahora los dirigentes del peronismo se encuentran abocados a la organización del acto para la asunción formal de Fernández el domingo próximo.
El recambio de autoridades en el PJ, tanto a nivel nacional como en la provincia de Buenos Aires, forma parte de un proceso de reordenamiento del peronismo en el año electoral.
Con la consagración de Fernández al frente de una lista de unidad, el peronismo resolvió retomar una práctica histórica que establece que, si el presidente del país es del peronismo, también debe estar al frente del partido, como hicieron los exmandatarios Eduardo Duhalde y Néstor Kirchner..
En la lista de las nuevas autoridades, que por primera vez cumple con la paridad de género, también aparecen dirigentes sindicales, gobernadores, intendentes, legisladores y funcionarios.
Entre los nombres de peso de la nómina se encuentran el jefe de Gabinete, Santiago Cafiero; el ministro del Interior, Eduardo “Wado” De Pedro; el ministro de Defensa, Agustín Rossi; y el secretario General de la Presidencia, Julio Vitobello.
Se espera que la asunción de las nuevas autoridades partidarias se formalice con el acto en la Quinta de San Vicente, donde descansan los restos de Juan Domingo Perón, aunque sin la tradicional liturgia peronista a raíz las condiciones sanitarias.
Así, llegará a su fin al frente del PJ la etapa del diputado José Luis Gioja, quien había asumido en 2016 después de la derrota electoral del peronismo en las elecciones presidenciales del año anterior.
