Instalarán una planta láctea en el Parque Agroalimentario de General Pico

Con ese objetivo se reunieron en el Centro Regional Norte, sede del Ministerio de la Producción en General Pico, la directora de Desarrollo Agroalimentario, Belén Paesani, el subdirector de Cadenas Agroalimentarias, Nicolás Tobal, el asesor técnico lácteo Horacio Arrizabalaga, el arquitecto Ángel Torales y Manuel Martino representante de la asociación civil CEPRODES.

El encuentro tuvo como motivo central la próxima instalación de la Cooperativa La Comunitaria de General Pico de una planta ensachetadora y pasteurizadora de leche, un módulo compacto para producción de quesos cremosos en el Parque Agroalimentario de la ciudad norteña.


El proyecto se activó luego que la entidad solidaria fuera seleccionada junto a otras del país, en un programa de recuperación de la soberanía alimentaria, del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social de Nación.


La planta se instalará dentro del predio del Parque Agroalimentario y podría comenzar a producir a pequeña escala en los próximos meses.
El representante del CEPRODES especificó a la Agencia Provincial de Noticias que se trata “de una pequeña planta láctea, donde se ensacheta leche y luego se la pausteriza. Esto es a partir de un desarrollo tecnológico de un área de INTA, junto a un equipo de Diseño Industrial de la UBA (Universidad de Buenos Aires). Es una máquina de baja escala, tecnología sencilla, portátil, que permite obtener una leche inocua”.


También marcó respecto a la organización que opera en el marco de los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible de la ONU y bajo la cual bajaron los fondos de Nación para la construcción de la planta. “Esto se inscribe en los programas de recuperación de soberanía alimentaria, de lucha contra el hambre y apuesta a dar soluciones lo más rápido posible, a través de productos de cercanía, de calidad nutricional y de acceso popular”.


La Cooperativa trabajará de forma articulada con pequeños productores lácteos de la zona que aseguren la provisión de leche.


En cuanto a la comercialización, “se está pensando que sea de manera local a través de una boca de expendio dentro de la planta” se explicó.


El encuentro con el área de desarrollo agroalimentario que tiene el Parque Agroalimentario a cargo Paesani consistió en la elección del terreno para la instalación de la pequeña planta, requisitos técnicos y gestiones administrativas a realizar para misma.


Desde el Ministerio de la Producción a cargo de Ricardo Moralejo se analizó que se trata “de un ejemplo de articulación de muchas instituciones para la generación de proyectos productivos que permitan ofrecer alimentos sanos a la comunidad y a un buen precio. Esto va a generar tres puestos de trabajo genuino y es una apuesta a la producción local”.
