Lo anunciaron este martes, la ministra de las Mujeres, Géneros y Diversidad, Elizabeth Gómez Alcorta y el jefe de Gabinete, Santiago Cafiero: la construcción deCentros Territoriales Integrales de Políticas de Género y Diversidaden las 23 provincias y en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.
La inversión prevista es de 2.100 millones de pesos y los primeros edificios se construirán en Buenos Aires, La Pampa, Santa Fe, Santiago del Estero, Chaco, Formosa, Misiones, Tucumán, Catamarca, La Rioja, San Luis y Santa Cruz.
Los Centros Territoriales estarán conformados por equipos interdisciplinarios que desarrollarán acciones de prevención de las violencias, asistencia, acceso a la justicia, protección integral y promoción de la igualdad de género, informó la cartera de Mujeres en un comunicado.
“Se trata de una política de cercanía, federal, en la que intervendrán distintas agencias del Estado, que contemplará las distintas vulnerabilidades que puede sufrir una persona en situación de violencia de género y que tendrá un anclaje territorial”, destacó el Ministerio encabezado por Elizabeth Gómez Alcorta.
Además, explicó que el diseño de los proyectos arquitectónicos y la construcción de los Centros Territoriales en todo el país es un trabajo conjunto de los ministerios de MGyD y Obras Públicas.
En tanto, los terrenos donde se construirán fueron acordados con las provincias y, en otros casos, se gestionaron a través de la AABE.
“A través de los Centros Territoriales se trabajará para fortalecer el abordaje integral de las violencias de género, articulando acciones entre el gobierno nacional, las provincias y los municipios en coordinación con organizaciones sociales y comunitarias”, resaltó el Ministerio de las Mujeres, Géneros y Diversidad.
En el anuncio participarán Santiago Cafiero de manera virtual -debido a que está aislado por ser contacto estrecho de Covid-19-, la ministra Gómez Alcorta y sus pares de Obras Públicas, Gabriel Katopodis, y del Interior, Eduardo ‘Wado’ De Pedro, como así también el secretario de Asuntos Estratégicos, Gustavo Beliz.
