En el marco de los múltiples operativos llevados a cabo en diversos puntos de la provincia de La Pampa, que se iniciaron el viernes por la noche y finalizaron en la madrugada de hoy, se realizaron un total de 136 infracciones, se retuvieron 49 vehículos y se registraron 53 testeos de alcoholemia positivos.
La finalidad de estas acciones coordinadas yace en profundizar los mecanismos de prevención y control enmarcados en el incremento de flujo de circulación social. Como desde hace tiempo, a los puestos fijos de control vehicular se le sumaron múltiples operativos móviles, rotativos y patrullajes preventivos, a fin de abarcar un mayor rango de inspección para persuadir y evitar cualquier tipo de infracción de tránsito.
Es importante remarcar que en los testeos de alcoholemia se registraron altos dosajes de alcohol en sangre, que en ocasiones duplicaron y hasta triplicaron los valores máximos estipulados por la Ley de Tránsito.
Los procedimientos más importantes se desarrollaron en Santa Rosa, General Pico, General Acha y 25 de Mayo donde se centralizó la mayor circulación.
Santa Rosa
Efectivos del Departamento Operaciones Policiales junto con los de la División de Accidentología de la Unidad Regional I efectuaron operativos de tránsito con control de documentación y alcoholemia, que se extendieron durante el fin de semana y feriado puente en diferentes lugares y horarios. Además, se realizaron patrullajes preventivos con el fin de fiscalizar el efectivo cumplimiento de las normas vigentes.
Como resultado de los procedimientos, se registraron 69 infracciones, 24 testeos de alcoholemia positivo y se retuvieron 19 vehículos.
Además, en la localidad de Toay se registraron 3 test de alcoholemia positiva y se labraron 4 infracciones.
General Pico:
En la localidad de General Pico, personal de la Unidad Regional II realizó operativos de control general en conjunto con personal de Tránsito de la Municipalidad local.
Los efectivos dependientes de la Unidad Regional II, sitiaron los controles en diversos puntos estratégicos. Como resultado se labraron un total de 16 infracciones comunes a la Ley nacional de Tránsito, se retuvieron 11 vehículos, y se registraron 9 testeos de alcoholemia positivos.
Igualmente, en los retenes efectuados en Eduardo Castex se labraron 6 infracciones, se realizó 1 retención y se registraron 3 alcoholemias positivas.
Al mismo tiempo, en Intendente Alvear se desempeñaron controles de alcoholemia los cuales registraron 3 resultados positivos, procediendo al secuestro de los vehículos en cuestión. En los mismos, se labraron 8 infracciones.
También, en la localidad de Realicó se registraron 5 infracciones, se comprobó 1 alcoholemia positiva y se retuvieron 2 vehículos.
General Acha
Por su parte, en la localidad de General Acha, personal policial de la Unidad Regional III desempeñó operativos fijos en varios puntos estratégicos de la zona. Estos fueron complementados con patrullajes por diferentes calles y franjas horarias.
Durante los retenes, se labraron un total de 12 infracciones, se retuvieron 3 automóviles y se registraron 4 test de alcoholemia positiva.
En tanto, en Alpachiri se registró 1 alcoholemia positiva, se labró 1 infracción y se secuestró 1 vehículo.
25 de Mayo
Finalmente, en la localidad de 25 de Mayo, el personal policial que desempeñó los operativos de tránsito registró un total de 5 alcoholemias positivas, procediendo a la retención de 7 vehículos, y labrando un total de 12 infracciones.
Además, en Santa Isabel no se registraron alcoholemias positivas, pero se labraron 3 infracciones de tránsito y se retuvieron 2 automotores.
