La restricción de la circulación es total y los ciudadanos solo deben adquirir dichos productos indispensables en comercios barriales, que no impliquen mayores desplazamientos de sus domicilios.
Asimismo se prohíbe la circulación y permanencia en vías y espacios públicos, a fin de prevenir la circulación y el contagio del virus.
El Ministerio de Seguridad estableció en esta localidad un dispositivo especial para dar cumplimiento del régimen que establece la Fase 1.

La cercanía entre Catriló y Lonquimay hace necesario que se extremen las medidas de cuidado y el respeto a los protocolos en esta última localidad.
