Finalmente imputaron al Ministro de Energía del macrismo por los tarifazos del 2018

El ex ministro de Energía Juan José Aranguren fue imputado por maniobras fraudulentas en los tarifazos del 2018. Así lo confirmó el actual titular del Enargas, Federico Bernal, quien había impulsado la denuncia.

“Ayer a la tarde me llegó la notificación de la imputación. Se confirmó efectivamente la imputación de Aranguren y de los otros seis ex funcionarios de los cuales cinco son ex autoridades del ENARGAS de la gestión anterior”, aseguró Bernal en diálogo con Radio 10 y subrayó que el fiscal Marijuan le solicitó nueva documentación.

el accionar del ex funcionario macrista habría implicado un perjuicio económico contra usuarios y el Estado de 168 y 393 millones de dólares, respectivamente, que lógicamente benefició a las empresas.

Bernal subraya que se efectuó un mecanismo para trasladar a las facturas la variación del tipo de cambio que habrían violado la Ley del Gas, “atando a los usuarios y las usuarias a una concertación ‘contractual’, con precios en dólares, unificados por cuenca, en una escala ascendente pactados a dos años y variables según el tipo de cambio, precios que luego se trasladaron a la tarifa”.

Sucede que en octubre del 2018, los funcionarios del gobierno anterior aprobaron el traslado de los efectos de la devaluación a los usuarios y al Estado en un plan de 24 cuotas, en el cual las arcas públicas asumieron una deuda de $24.500 millones.

“Acá hay dos perjuicios: por un lado la estatización de la deuda que se genera entre productoras y distribuidoras que hizo Mauricio Macri al firmar el DNU 1.053, por un monto de u$s393 millones que se dividen en treinta cuotas y de las cuales solo pagó una; pero también hubo un perjuicio por u$s168 millones para los usuarios, que fue lo que saltó el valor de las tarifas cuando Aranguren firmó el pacto con las empresas”, explicó Bernal.

La denuncia recayó en el Juzgado Nacional de Primera Instancia en lo Criminal y Correccional Federal N° 12 y también alcanza a Marcos Porteau, ex subsecretario de Recursos Hidrocarburíferos; a Mauricio Roitman, expresidente del directorio del Enargas y demás integrantes del entonces Directorio del Ente Regulador, según un comunicado de prensa difundido por el ente regulador.

En concreto, la acusación se sostiene en la posible comisión de los delitos de incumplimiento de los deberes de funcionario público y negociaciones incompatibles con la función pública,artículos 248 y 265 del Código Penal.
