La Pampa: Difundieron otro caso de apropiación ilegal durante la dictadura

El ministro de Gobierno, Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Daniel Bensusán informó un nuevo caso de nieta/o apropiado, hijo de una desaparecida pampeana.

Bensusán, dio a conocer un nuevo caso de una víctima de desaparición forzada oriunda de La Pampa y la búsqueda de su hijo o hija que habría nacido en cautiverio durante la dictadura cívico-militar.


“El Gobierno de La Pampa, a través del subsecretario de Derechos Humanos, Juan Pablo Fasce, se puso a disposición de Abuelas de Plaza de Mayo en la búsqueda de un nuevo caso de una nieta o un nieto apropiado durante la dictadura militar cuya madre es una desaparecida nacida en La Pampa. Hasta ahora, no había sido identificada como pampeana”, indicó el ministro.


Bensusán dijo: “Este nuevo caso es el de Ana María Gutiérrez, nacida en 1940 en Villa Mirasol y desaparecida en Vicente López en 1976 junto a su pareja, cuando estaba embarazada de tres meses. El nombre surgió del relevamiento realizado por el periodista Norberto Asquini para la Subsecretaría y con información de Abuelas de Plaza de Mayo. De esta manera, Ana María será incorporada a la lista de las víctimas pampeanas del Terrorismo de Estado, una lista que lejos está de ser cerrada y también la búsqueda de su hija/o”.


“Este 14 de julio conmemoramos el Día de los Derechos Humanos en La Pampa. Esta fecha nos sirve a las pampeanas y los pampeanos para recordar lo ocurrido durante la dictadura militar en la Provincia, y el hecho más brutal de Terrorismo de Estado en un pueblo del interior como fue el copamiento de Jacinto Arauz”, indicó el ministro. 


“Es un día para reafirmar que continuamos luchando por una Provincia con Memoria, Verdad y Justicia. El caso de Gutiérrez y su hija/o apropiado muestra que la memoria está viva y la verdad histórica es una construcción permanente. Reafirmamos como política de Estado y como compromiso diario en la gestión del gobernador Sergio Ziliotto y como continuidad del gobierno de Carlos Verna, el garantizar los derechos plenos de todas y todos los pampeanos. En este caso puntual, el derecho a la identidad de un nieto apropiado, uno de los crímenes de lesa humanidad más aberrantes y una de las deudas más dolorosas de la democracia para con las víctimas de la dictadura militar”, señaló.


Con este caso, son dos los nietas/os apropiados, hijas/os de pampeanos que son buscados en la actualidad. Se suma el de Ana María Gutiérrez al del santarroseño Carlos Orzaocoa y de María de las Mercedes Gómez (desaparecida en Córdoba). Y a los dos casos de nietas que recuperaron su identidad: en 1987 la hija del piquense Miguel Angel Gallinari y de María Leonor Abinet (ambos desaparecidos), nacida en cautiverio y restituida en 1987; y la hija de Lucía Tartaglia, María Lucila (Victoria para la familia Tartaglia), Nieta recuperada 125, en 2017.
