El subsecretario de Asuntos Agrarios, Alexis Benini, se refirió a la venta del frigorífico de Bernasconi, y aclaró que se ajusto a la ley N 2705 votada por la Cámara de Diputados de La Pampa. ” No regalamos un frigorífico, fomentamos la producción y el empleo”, dijo el subsecretario Benini. “Autorizó la venta y fijó reglas estándar para este tipo transacciones. Después vino Macri con sus socios y su desastre económico e hiperinflación rompieron cualquier esquema de normalidad posible”, agregó.
En este sentido Benini sostuvo: ” Creo que se debe partir de una premisa que algunos no entienden y es que en La Pampa se realizan inversiones para fomentar la producción y generar trabajo, no para hacer negocios inmobiliarios”, indicó
La venta de la planta frigorífica construida por el Gobierno Provincial fue aprobada por la Ley 2705 -sancionada el 18 de diciembre de 2012-, donde se establecieron claramente las condiciones de venta y si bien la norma sufrió dos modificaciones en 2016 ninguna provocó cambios en las pautas transaccionales.
En tanto recordó que en su momento “algún sector político de la provincia dijo que era un frigorífico que nunca se pondría en marcha por problemas estructurales, inclusive fueron hasta la planta y se sacaron fotos. Después, cuando la empresa que lo puso en producción accedió a la misma, se supo que estaba en óptimas condiciones y comenzó a funcionar inmediatamente. En ese momento no escuché a nadie reconocer que se habían equivocado”.
“Hay que tener en cuenta el momento en que se saca a licitación. Fue hace tres cuando la industria frigorífica estaba en crisis y fue por esto que se puso una tasa de interés compatible para al desarrollo de una actividad productiva de estas características. Se aplicó una tasa de interés igual al crédito que por la ley de Promoción Industrial recibió para su construcción el Frigorífico Pampa Natural de Speluzzi”, precisó el subsecretario.
En este sentido aclaro que “esa tasa, que debería haber sido normal, pasó a ser muy baja como consecuencia del desastre económico y el proceso inflacionario ocasionado por la administración de Macri, de la que algunos formaron parte y hoy pretenden borrar de los archivos”.
Consideró que “las críticas infundadas que se han hecho públicas en medios de comunicación son temerarias e irresponsables”, sobre todo porque se trata de “un proyecto que tiene por finalidad el desarrollo industrial, con intervención estatal, para lograr equidad en el desarrollo económico territorial”.
“Este proyecto beneficia el desarrollo industrial y económico de la región del sudeste pampeano creando trabajo para todos los pampeanos” argumentó Benini, al tiempo que explicó que “la empresa que cuestionan fija precio de referencia local de la producción ganadera, defendiendo a pequeños y medianos productores, además de dar trabajo directo a 120 obreros con una faena actual de más de 5.000 animales mensuales llegando a mercados nacionales y de exportación”.
“La posición de quienes critican desde el desconocimiento es lamentable, y lo es mucho más cuando viene de quienes desde un principio apostaron al fracaso de este emprendimiento, sin tener en cuenta que el futuro de La Pampa se construye trabajando y sumando”, concluyó Benini.
