Las jubilaciones volverán a acaparar los debates parlamentarios, porque Alberto Fernández envió a la Cámara de Diputados un proyecto de ley para extender hasta el 31 de diciembre el congelamiento de la movilidad que dispuso en la última ley de emergencia económica.
El presidente decidió prorrogar ese plazo hace un mes, pero confiaba en un respaldo de Cambiemos que no consiguió en la bicameral creada para debatir el tema, coordinada por el ministro de Trabajo Claudio Moroni.
La semana pasada, los legisladores oficialistas firmaron una resolución para proponer la prórroga y los de Cambiemos pidieron retornar a la fórmula anterior, la de 2017, que al combinar salarios y en mayor medida inflación generaría un aumento mayor a los que hasta ahora otorgó por decreto Alberto.
Moroni les anticipó que no será posible y quedó en definir si la prórroga se propondría por ley o DNU, como evaluaban este lunes en el frente de Todos, para evitar un debate parlamentario subido de tono. El lunes, la bicameral volverá a reunirse para que los legisladores escuchen a Fernanda Raverta, presidenta de Anses.
El 20 de junio vence la prórroga del congelamiento dispuesto en la emergencia, cuando el coronavirus no existía y el presidente se creía con tiempo suficiente como para definir una fórmula.
Pensaba, en ese entonces, en volver a la fórmula de 2008, que combinaba inflación y recaudación del Anses, que en aquellos años estaba en alza y en los últimos meses cayó estrepitosamente. Deberán explicarlo los legisladores. Por teleconferencia.
