El gobernador Sergio Ziliotto dispuso la conformación de la Unidad Ejecutora Provincial para coordinar la implementación del Plan Ejecutivo Metropolitano que intervendrá en el área conformada por Santa Rosa y Toay.
El mandatario pampeano requirió hoy a los municipios de Santa Rosa y Toay que designen los representantes locales ante la Unidad Ejecutora conformada por representantes de distintas áreas del ejecutivo provincial.
Próximamente todas las partes trabajarán en la definición del Plan Operativo Anual que establece las prioridades de acción para 2020, contemplando los cuatro lineamientos establecidos que ya cuentan con aprobación del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo. Paralelamente se rubricará el convenio marco de adhesión con el Gobierno Nacional que permitirá canalizar los fondos correspondientes.
Cabe mencionar que en 2017 estos municipios, junto al Gobierno Provincial, solicitaron ser incorporados al Programa Desarrollo de Áreas Metropolitanas del Interior II (DAMI II). La operatoria, gestionada a través del ministerio del Interior, obtuvo la aprobación de financiamiento del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo por un monto de 2.650.000 dólares.
Para la ejecución del plan de desarrollo metropolitano del área Santa Rosa-Toay, el organismo financiero requería la conformación de una Unidad Ejecutora Provincial que Ziliotto concretó a través del decreto 785, fechado el 30 de diciembre de 2019.
El plan, definió como prioridades de trabajo cuatro líneas de acción: conectividad y movilidad urbana, agua y saneamiento, desarrollo económico local y gestión integral de residuos sólidos urbanos.
Estos lineamientos de trabajo conforman los ejes sobre los cuales deberá avanzar la Unidad Ejecutora Provincial, que se ajustará a los lineamientos operativos del programa interviniendo en la concreción de las iniciativas propuestas con el claro objetivo de mejorar el funcionamiento de los servicios públicos y la infraestructura en el área metropolitana Santa Rosa-Toay.
Dos de los principales ejes rectores del plan de gestión del gobernador Sergio Ziliotto están contemplados en el plan de desarrollo de esta área metropolitana. Las obras e inversiones que se realizarán, redundarán directamente en una mejora en la calidad de vida de los vecinos, al tiempo que promoverán el desarrollo económico local y consecuentemente la generación de empleo.
La Unidad Ejecutora Provincial, se integrará por un Coordinador Ejecutivo, un Coordinador Ejecutivo Adjunto, un responsable legal, un responsable técnico y un responsable contable. Cabe destacar que no demandará erogación alguna a las arcas públicas habida cuenta que todos los cargos se desarrollarán ad honorem y dependerá integralmente de la Secretaría de Asuntos Municipales del gobierno de la provincia de La Pampa.
