Restaurantes y bares, con o sin público, podrán permanecer abiertos este jueves, viernes y sábado hasta las 24, con media hora de tolerancia. Para posibilitar la afluencia de clientes a esos espacios los días 6, 7 y 8 la circulación de personas estará habilitada hasta la 1 de la mañana.
Este acuerdo será de aplicación para las ciudades de Santa Rosa, General Pico y Toay. La medida fue fruto del consenso logrado con la Asociación Hotelera y Gastronómica de La Pampa, y la Comisión Gastronómica de la Cámara de Comercio, Industria y Producción.
El acuerdo fue firmado por el secretario de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo, Marcelo Pedehontaá y en representación de los sectores lo hicieron Santiago Amsé y Gustavo Cueto, Miguel Felice y Henry Costilla.
Compromiso del sector
Los representantes de los sectores se comprometieron a “potenciar las medidas de prevención, posibilitando la utilización de los espacios generados al aire libre en cuanto a la capacidad, distribución de mesas y clientes”.
A párrafo seguido afirman que los objetivos de estas propuestas son “generar las condiciones sanitarias para el mantenimiento de la actividad gastronómica en todo el territorio provincial, el sostenimiento de las fuentes laborales que esta actividad genera y el cuidado de la salud de todos los pampeanos”.
Fundamentos del acuerdo
Para implementar la “excepción”, se tuvo en cuenta que en los últimos días se ha logrado aplanar la curva de crecimiento contagios y también que el tiempo de duplicación de casos aumentó ostensiblemente.
Con esos datos y la certeza de que hasta el momento no existen registros de contagios en locales gastronómicos, el secretario de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo, Marcelo Pedehontaá, acordó con los sectores la ampliación del horario.
Durante la reunión que mantuvo el funcionario provincial con los referentes gastronómicos, apeló a la responsabilidad social para aplicar estrictamente los protocolos epidemiológicos elaborados para el sector.
Se hizo especial hincapié en llevar un riguroso control de trazabilidad que permita tener un mapeo certero de la afluencia de público a los locales ante la eventualidad que se registre algún contagio entre los asistentes.
