General Pico: Ziliotto encabeza la licitación de pavimento por $550 millones

Se trata de la primera licitación que se realiza bajo la modalidad descentralizada. Los trabajos comprenden el asfaltado de 73 cuadras y la  repavimentación del casco histórico de la ciudad. La inversión es de 550 millones de pesos y la licitación se realizará mañana 23 de junio en el Multiespacio de Arte Norte (MEDANO).   Las obras de asfalto que se licitan mañana fueron anunciadas por el gobernador, Sergio Ziliotto a la intendenta Fernanda Alonso, durante una reunión en la que se rubricó el traspaso de 476 luminarias led para alumbrado público en la que se invirtieron 7 millones de pesos.

Detalle de las obras
Se prevé la realización microaglomerado asfáltico en frío y concreto asfáltico en caliente, en tanto que la pavimentación de calles será con concreto asfáltico en caliente.


Previo a las tareas de pavimentación se verificará la existencia de la red cloacal y de agua, y se preverá la instalación de caños camisa que permitirán realizar los cruces bajo calle y las futuras conexiones domiciliarias en caso de que no existan dichos servicios.


Se prevé la ejecución de las tareas de bacheo de calzada, ejecución de microaglomerado asfáltico en frío, fresado de pavimento existente, preparación de sub rasante, construcción de base granular de 0,15 m. de espesor, riego de imprimación de la base, riego de liga, demolición de cordones, construcción de cordones y badenes de hormigón, carpeta de concreto asfáltico en caliente de 0,05 m. de espesor.

Federalización de actos administrativos
La decisión de trasladar las licitaciones a las localidades destinatarias de las obras públicas fue tomada por el gobernador Ziliotto con el objetivo de federalizar los actos administrativos, posibilitando que los vecinos sean partícipes en el inicio del proceso que concluirá con obras de las que serán beneficiarios directos.


En aquel momento el gobernador dijo que se trataba de una obra “que teníamos planificada y que sabemos es importante para General Pico desde el punto de vista de la infraestructura, pero también para la generación de trabajo”.
