La Pampa acordó con el BICE potenciar el financiamiento a los sectores productivos

El presidente del Banco de Inversión y Comercio Exterior (BICE), José Ignacio de Mendiguren, y el gobernador de La Pampa, Sergio Ziliotto, iniciaron una agenda de trabajo conjunta para potenciar los instrumentos financieros que la Provincia pone al servicio de los sectores de la producción.  

De Mendiguren recibió al gobernador Sergio Ziliotto junto al gerente general de BICE, Gabriel Vienni, en la sede de la institución crediticia para comenzar el trabajo de articulación entre los equipos del Banco y de la Provincia.


La Pampa destina anualmente el 1% de su presupuesto a políticas activas de financiamiento y el BICE va a potenciarlas a través de acuerdos con el Banco de La Pampa y con el Fondo de Garantías que está constituyendo la Provincia.


“La Pampa es una provincia que tiene una agenda muy activa de financiamiento y desde el BICE tenemos la capacidad de potenciarla para llegar más y mejor a sus sectores productivos. Analizamos en concreto oportunidades para financiar sectores como la agroindustria, la energía y la infraestructura”, dijo Mendiguren.


“Es intención del Gobierno de La Pampa fortalecer nuestras herramientas con el objetivo de lograr mayor y mejor accesibilidad al financiamiento por parte de los sectores productivos. Por eso queremos generar un trabajo conjunto entre el BICE, el Banco de La Pampa y el FOGAPAM, nuestro Fondo de Garantías”, agregó Ziliotto.


En concreto, el gobernador y el presidente del Banco hablaron de la posibilidad de que el BICE avance con un financiamiento de segundo piso para el banco provincial y que también trabaje con el futuro Fondo de Garantía que está terminando de constituir la Provincia para asistir de manera directa a las empresas. En su carácter de Banco de desarrollo federal, BICE tiene líneas de crédito con todos los fondos de garantías provinciales y articula con más de 30 SGR en todo el país.
