Investigan a 2000 empresas que habrían comprado dólares con el ATP

El comité de monitoreo y evaluación del ATP evalúa 2000 requerimientos que hizo la AFIP a empresas sobre posibles irregularidades e incumplimiento en la utilización de los fondos recibidos. Según el organismo, algunas empresas habrían accedido al mercado cambiario a pesar de haber estado prohibido.

La Afip envió  2.066 notificaciones y ahora el Comité de Evaluación debe definir si hubo o no incumplimientos para recibir la ayuda oficial destinada al pago de salarios en medio de la pandemia del coronavirus (Covid-19).

Si el organismo comprueba incumplimientos con las condiciones previas fijadas por decreto, deberán devolver los fondos recibidos, con los correspondientes intereses, aunque aún no se conoce la modalidad.

La Afip realizó una investigación de las empresas sobre la base de datos de la Comisión Nacional de Valores ( CNV) y del Banco Central.
