Con las comunidades ind\u00edgenas tenemos distintas situaciones pero est\u00e1 claro que es parte de las grandes deudas que tiene el Estado&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Y continu\u00f3: &#8220;En estas comunidades estamos hablando de pobreza extrema y falta de infraestructura b\u00e1sica.
