La Pampa sostiene que su derecho al 50 % no surge solo del decreto de 1973, sino tambi\u00e9n de un convenio firmado en 1992 entre Naci\u00f3n, Mendoza y La Pampa, homologado por la Corte Suprema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">La cautelar no resuelve qui\u00e9n tiene derecho a las regal\u00edas.
