La propuesta oficial termin\u00f3 aceptada: <strong>20% de aumento acumulado hacia fines de abril<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El primer tramo llega ahora. Desde el <strong>1 de marzo<\/strong> se aplicar\u00e1 un <strong>6,4% remunerativo y bonificable<\/strong>. El c\u00e1lculo mezcla inflaci\u00f3n estimada de febrero, un anticipo de marzo y un peque\u00f1o empuj\u00f3n de recomposici\u00f3n salarial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s viene la cl\u00e1usula gatillo. A partir de <strong>abril<\/strong>, el salario se ajustar\u00e1 seg\u00fan la inflaci\u00f3n para garantizar <strong>al menos un 2% real de mejora en el trimestre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En n\u00fameros concretos: el salario m\u00ednimo estatal subir\u00eda <strong>m\u00e1s de $203.000 entre enero y abril<\/strong>, lo que implica un aumento cercano al <strong>20,45%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Traducido al bolsillo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un empleado <strong>sin cargas de familia<\/strong> rondar\u00eda los <strong>$1.200.000<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Con <strong>familia a cargo<\/strong>, el sueldo podr\u00eda superar los <strong>$1.400.000<\/strong> hacia fines de abril.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La reuni\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 en la <strong>Sala Mechi Mario<\/strong> y hab\u00eda sido postergada 24 horas a pedido de los gremios. Tras un cuarto intermedio, lleg\u00f3 la respuesta que todos esperaban: <strong>aceptaci\u00f3n de la oferta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gobierno de <strong>Sergio Ziliotto<\/strong> sostiene una meta pol\u00edtica clara: que <strong>ning\u00fan estatal cobre por debajo de la canasta b\u00e1sica<\/strong> que mide el <strong>INDEC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras tanto, otra negociaci\u00f3n sigue empantanada: la paritaria docente. El gremio <strong>UTELPa<\/strong> se levant\u00f3 de la mesa y todav\u00eda no hay acuerdo.
