La joven madre Melanie Florencia L\u00f3pez vuelve a enfrentar la presi\u00f3n del Estado municipal de Toay. Tras ocupar en junio de 2024 una vivienda del barrio Los Profesionales, junto a Antonella Villalba, quien se quit\u00f3 la vida tras la persecuci\u00f3n por parte del municipio y la violencia de su ex pareja, Melanie ahora enfrenta una denuncia penal por usurpaci\u00f3n iniciada por la municipalidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La situaci\u00f3n deja en la incertidumbre a Melanie y a sus hijos, que temen quedarse sin techo. La joven ha relatado reiteradamente el hostigamiento recibido por parte de la polic\u00eda, el desprecio de las asistentes sociales de Acci\u00f3n Social y la “crueldad” del intendente Ariel Rojas, quien ha impedido que accedan a servicios b\u00e1sicos y acompa\u00f1amiento estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En medio de este escenario, la \u00fanica organizaci\u00f3n que ha acompa\u00f1ado a Melanie es el Movimiento de Mujeres Feministas, que solicit\u00f3 su absoluci\u00f3n y denunci\u00f3 la indiferencia general y el silencio medi\u00e1tico frente a su caso.
