Vivas y Calegaris, cuando personal policial que realizaba un patrullaje de prevenci\u00f3n observ\u00f3 al sujeto en actitud sospechosa junto a la unidad, de color azul, que se hallaba fuera de un taller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Al advertir la presencia de los efectivos, el individuo intent\u00f3 retirarse, pero fue interceptado. En ese momento, se torn\u00f3 agresivo e intent\u00f3 agredir al personal policial, por lo que fue reducido y trasladado a la Seccional Primera&#8221;, agreg\u00f3 una fuente de la Seccional Primera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El colectivo no sufri\u00f3 da\u00f1os y no lleg\u00f3 a concretarse el il\u00edcito. La causa fue caratulada como \u201ctentativa de hurto, atentado y resistencia a la autoridad\u201d.
