Vamos a hacer el sorteo a trav\u00e9s de la TVPP por la Loter\u00eda de San Luis el jueves 10 de noviembre a las 13 horas. En la provincia vecina estar\u00e1 la gerenta del IPAV, \u00c9rica Riboyra, y varios de nosotros estaremos en Canal 3 durante el sorteo\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Riboyra explic\u00f3 que \u201cpara configurar el padr\u00f3n se tuvo en cuenta a quienes tienen como m\u00ednimo 15 a\u00f1os de residencia en la localidad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u201cLo dividimos en cuatro segmentos, el primero es el que llevan m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os registrados en el IPAV y utilizamos el Programa Pilqu\u00e9n.
