“La ocupación de camas de terapia en la provincia es del 70% y empieza a preocupar”

La directora de Epidemiología, Ana Bertone, dio una conferencia de prensa para brindar precisiones sobre la situación del sistema sanitario de la provincia ante la segunda ola de coronavirus.

“Hay una situación compleja y comprometida”, advirtió Bertone por el promedio de más de 300 casos diarios. 

“La ocupación de camas de terapia en la provincia es del 70% y empieza a preocupar”, dijo, teniendo en cuenta que la provincia lleva registrando más de 300 casos diarios en los últimos días.

Otra de las preoupaciones es que en esta segunda ola bajó el promedio de edad de las personas internadas a 55 años y se está detectando que la forma clínica de los pacientes requiere más internación que antes.

Respecto de las camas del sistema de Salud, aclaró que “el sistema público no está en tensión”, en referencia a lo que publicaron algunos medios en el día de ayer, en donde afirmaban que el sistema había colapsado y ya no quedaban camas de terapia intensiva en el CEAR.
